Shipping - Returns



All orders are shipped via FedEx, or Best Way.


We try to ship all items within 2 business days of ordering, but we aim to ship all orders placed before 12:00pm (EDST), the same day. Shipping times may be extended due to high seasonal volume. If shipping is delayed for any reason we will contact you immediately.  If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.


If there is special handling charge or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will contact you to discuss the details prior to shipping your order.






Must be made within 14 days of the items receipt and you must call for a Return Authorization Number or fill out the return form prior to mailing to us.


Returned merchandise must be received in the exact same condition as is was when it was received by you. All returns must come back in their original box with all packing material and are subject to a 5%-30% restocking fee.


We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Original fees will not be refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Nutrients and liquid items are NOT accepted for return.
